Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of purchase. 

Where packaging has been opened or any of the diagnostic sensitive panels exposed we reserve the right to discount the damaged goods accordingly. 

If the goods have been used or damaged we reserve the right to decline the return.

Where services are ordered on-line this represents a contract and cancellation costs may apply.

Please note that, once opened and or used, products cannot be returned to us unless the product is faulty.
