Rapid point of care drug tests are very accurate methods of screening for various illicit substances.

However in some instances cross reactions may occur due to some medications containing similar types of substances.  

For workplace, employee drug testing programmes it is recommended that all positive results are confirmed by laboratory analysis.

Our laboratory confirmation service provides the 100% assurrance that the sample tested does or does not contain the illicit substance identified by the initial screen.

Once the sample is received properly packaged and sealed in accordance with approved chain of custody protocols it is analysed using either GC/MS or a similar process to provide a definitive result.

A Certificate of Analysis is then sent to you by email for evidence and confirmation of the result usually within 5 working days.
