pH-Balance Test

The pH -Balance applicator test is a reliable, hygienic, pain free method of

determining vaginal pH levels using a vaginal secretion sample.

The test checks the acidic conditions of the vaginal enviroment and indicates the level of protection from bacterial infections / pathogens.  

A physiological and therefore normal vaginal pH level is important for the body's own system of protecting the vagina and the maintenance of a healthy vaginal flora. An

increase in the vaginal pH level to over 4.5 can decrease the quality of life of women affected by it. 

Such a level constitutes a significant risk to health and increases the risk of premature delivery.
